The HUT range of swim buoy dry bags and tow floats are robust and essential sighting aids when open water swimming. Choose the 20L or 28L swim buoy dry bag if you need to take items with you while swimming (keys/phone/flip flops/towel/t-shirt) or the 35L backpack version for longer walks. Or choose the tow float when you don’t need to carry anything.
HUT swim buoy dry bags have 2 inflatable air compartments so if one fails you can be sure that you and your valuables remain safe. The fastening clip on the swim buoy dry bags have a built-in emergency whistle. The tow float (has no dry bag) has 3 carry handles and the whole range comes in three hi-viz colours.
The tether is attached by a carabiner which makes it very easy to remove if required. The waist strap is easily fastened around the waist and can accommodate most shapes and sizes. Replacement straps and tethers can be purchased, if required.
The swim buoy dry bag backpack has a larger capacity at 35L and detachable shoulder/backpack straps for walking to/from your favourite swim spots. It also has the usual waist strap and tether and works in the same was as all our swim buoys for keeping your kit safe and dry.
Our range of swim buoys have been thoroughly tested by us. We have tried them in the very cold lakes of North Wales as well as the seas around Cornwall and even in Portugal. Lucky us! For those of you who also do a bit of night swimming you can attach lights to the tow floats, or place a light inside the dry bags. The lights really enhance the colours and visibility so you can feel safe on your dusk or dawn swims.
