Delivery Policy


Last orders for Xmas need to be in by Dec 21st. There will be no order processing over the Xmas period – order processing will resume Jan 3rd 2024.

UK:  we offer free shipping on all UK orders.  This is a 2-4 days service.

EU and International: we are sorry that we cannot offer any EU and international shipping at this time.

Published prices include VAT at 20%


Returns Policy

Refunds: We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn/ unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Used or opened product may be refunded at the sole discretion of HUT Products Ltd.

Shipping: You must pay for tracked shipping to return the parcel. Once we receive your item we will issue a full refund for the product (excluding postage) onto the payment card that was used to make the purchase.

Proof of purchase must be available for us to process a refund – please include the Returns Form sent with your initial order. We will need the order number, please include it.

Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you return the items to us folded and in the original packaging.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Items should be returned using a trackable, signed-for, delivery service ensuring that you insure your return for the value of the product. Please retain proof of postage.

The postage cost when returning an item back to us for exchange or refund, must be met by yourself. This cost will not be covered by HUT Products Ltd. However, when exchanging an item, we will send the exchanged item free of charge (UK mainland only).

If you have received an item as a gift, you may still send it back to us but we will need the original order details as we can only issue a refund to the original purchaser. Please ensure that you get a proof of postage from your Post Office for all returns.

Refunds can take 10 working days to process, so please allow 10 working days from the date we received your parcel before getting in touch. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, then please do contact us via our Contact Us page.



If you would like to swap your item for a different size or colour please return the item to us and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you’ll need to place a new order via the HUT Products website It is your choice whether you reorder straight away, or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

Please note: Please ensure that you send items by recorded or tracked delivery. HUT is not responsible for any items that may go missing during transit.
